Very beautiful hotel with incredible desert scenery. The territory is large and well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful. It feels peaceful and luxurious at the same time. I really enjoyed staying here. Spoiling my self for International Womans Day! Would love to come back. And love the new portable chargers available at the pool since we forgot ours at home.

Friendly staff, incredible views, plenty to do. We ate at every restaurant and market they had, it was all good. You could come and never leave the resort really. There’s a hike within walking distance, Camels-back that allows a panoramic view of the city. The rooms were immaculate, the spa did wonderful work and overall we had a lovely stay here. There’s pools, tennis courts, an athletic center, golf course, pickleball courts, a waterslide and many options for lodging.

The hotel is a great confrence venue, but really close to Camelback mountain if your up for a great hike up a mountain (2.5 hrs round trip walk from hotel) with incredible views. Fantastic golf course on property. J&g top end sreak house where Michael will look after you. Other good eating options are at the golf course, a little bistro, and poolside breakfast. Best quite rooms to request with view of mountain is odd numbers 61xx, but a walk to everywhere else on property.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of Camelback Mountain. That said, for the price point, I expected more elevated amenities. We were disappointed to learn that the spa no longer offers day passes since COVID and that they haven’t been brought back. I visited with my husband while he was attending a conference, and the conference events and meals I joined him for were truly spectacular. Overall, this is a great option if you’re considering The Phoenician for an organization’s conference or event.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a really positive experience. From the moment I arrived, check-in was smooth and welcoming. What stood out most during my stay was Sara, who took care of my room. She came twice a day and did an exceptional job. She was incredibly kind, organized, and thoughtful. She didn’t just clean the room - she paid attention to the little things. She neatly organized my belongings, kept everything spotless, and was very respectful of my space. I noticed that she would wait until I stepped out before coming in to service the room, which I really appreciated. Her professionalism and warmth made a real impression on me and made the stay feel comfortable and cared for. I also ordered breakfast both mornings I was there, and Jordyn was fantastic. She was courteous, friendly, and very respectful. She set everything up nicely and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s the kind of service that feels genuine and welcoming, and it started my mornings on a great note. The property itself is beautiful. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The atmosphere feels open, calm, and well maintained.

Beautiful location in the heart of paradise valley. Stunning hotel and nice well maintained quiet pool areas. We got a cabana and the space and amenities were amazing. The service from Victor was top notch. The food and drinks were also excellent. Loved the nutty maitai and the kebabs. Highly recommend for a fancy, relaxing pool day.

The hotel is showing it's age; however, the service was great. The location is great; we had a mountain view room. We spent several different times at the pool and the staff were great.
